Donna E. Pistacchio

Donna brought us her truck and motor home to work on. She was always very nice to us, even bringing us lunch when she came to check on the progress on her RV. We were very sad to hear of her passing. She was a nice, gentle soul. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember Donna as an Angel who came to Lil 'Bit of Heaven to be with us. She was a dear sweet soul with such a soft voice! I has never seen her so happy and content as when she would bring her neighbor's dog to Heaven with her - she was dog sitting for a week or two. A peace had come over her and such a sadness when the time came for the dog to return to it's owners. When she left New York to return to Massachusetts, she was sadly missed. She touched a lot of lives at our Ministry and knowing she is gone has left a sadness in all of our hearts. She is with the Lord, now. She is truly in a much better place and I can't wait to see her again some day. I pray for peace for her family.

Dear Donna, I sit here wondering what happened to the beautiful little girl I knew. The days when you would peek in my screen door with that grin from ear to ear to see what I was cooking knowing your supper was ready. Of course you became part of our family. You always would call and say this is your fifth child checking in. A part of me is now gone. I will never be able to see you until we meet in heaven. I know you are there. A girl with a heart of gold and a great sense of humor has to be there. Who was the first person to show up when Shawn died? Who helped me in those trying days? Who brought food and made me eat? Only you could do that. Although you married and moved away, you were always in my heart. Coming back home and helping me around the house. Wanted to do anything you could to help me. Always leaving our calls with I love you to each other made my day. I sure wish I was there to know and help in your final days. I know Shawn will take good care of you. Remember I will always love you.

Then as life happens we ended up going in different directions but I was so happy when we were able to re-connect back in April. As you came running out from behind my parents garage to surprise me which you certainly did!!!

The Lopez Family is truly saddened to hear of Donna's passing. We share many neighborhood memories growing up on Falmouth Road. She is now at peace.
